		<description><![CDATA[Southern Utah...(Washington, St. George, Bloomington, Santa Clara) is about 113 miles from Vegas and 3-5 miles from the Arizona border. Palm trees grow very well in St. George and some like California and Mexican fan palms can be seen growing wild near ditches and streams.  If you visit St. George or Washington you would never think you were in Utah.  The mountains around St. George get snow in the winter, but valley snow is rare and melts fast.]]></description>
